The following Refund Policy applies to all events conducted by or on behalf of Australian Canoeing. This includes Australian Championships, Flatwater Grant Prixs and other events from time-to-time.
- A $10 administration fee will accompany any refund.
- Refunds will only be granted for medical reasons and must be accompanied by a doctorÕs certificate.
- All requests must be in writing and forwarded to:

- Prior to 14 days before the event refunds will be full ($10 will be kept as an administration fee).
- Within 14 days of the commencement of the event refunds will be 50% ($10 will be kept as an administration fee).
- Within 7 days of the commencement of the event no refund will be issued.
This policy was approved by the Chief Executive Officer and is effective 1st January 2002.
