Refund Policy – Australian Canoeing Events

The following Refund Policy applies to all events conducted by or on behalf of Australian Canoeing. This includes Australian Championships, Flatwater Grant Prixs and other events from time-to-time.

  1. A $10 administration fee will accompany any refund.
  2. Refunds will only be granted for medical reasons and must be accompanied by a doctorÕs certificate.
  3. All requests must be in writing and forwarded to:

  4. Prior to 14 days before the event refunds will be full ($10 will be kept as an administration fee).
  5. Within 14 days of the commencement of the event refunds will be 50% ($10 will be kept as an administration fee).
  6. Within 7 days of the commencement of the event no refund will be issued. 

This policy was approved by the Chief Executive Officer and is effective 1st January 2002.
